Shell tankers by Kees Helder

Welcome to the Helderline.nl. On this site you'll find 1896 ships of Shell Tankers built between 1845 and 2012, and the ships of The Eagle Tanker Company Ltd, built between 1912 and 1959. Now the Oil- and Gas- fleet managed by Shell International Trading and Shipping Comp. London.

Besides that, over 6.500 visitors have registered themselves here. No less than 1.900 guestbook messages and 700 anedcotes were shared at Helderline. The 3.900 photos and images show the 1896 ships, which are classified in 77 classes, 17 types of cargo, 222 managing companies, 380 yards and 75 countries. We even have 317 ships of which we know the current location.

I sailed in the sixties on the Abida, Vitrea, Koratia and the Kosicia.
