Looking for infomation about one of the life boats of Onoba (1), still in use in The Netherlands today. Was used at nautical college in Amsterdam (Kweekschool voor de Zeevaart), period at least after 1960 until approx. the 90's. Still in use at a rowing club today. If this was really one of Onoba's boats, how did this boat survive the war in the first place? Onoba went down in 1941. The former lifeboat was called Onoba as long as I can remember her, but renamed recently. Any clues on what happened to her from, let's say 1938? I can send some photographs if needed. Thanks in advance.
