New book Under a Yellow Sky

My book on life at sea as a deck cadet on Shell Tankers in the early 1970s is now being published by Whittles Publishing House and is being printed within the next few days, to be available in the next couple of weeks.

The book is graphic and at times brutal, although it reflects the days as they were. I think it will be of interest to all those who served on Shell Tankers, particularly in the 1970s.
To give you a flavour of the book, there is a web site:

    Simon Hall

I sailed on the Valvata , Vexilla , Horomya , Hima and Medora
