My Father David N.G. Moss was the first skipper of the Volvatella (Deceased 1983) also the Volsella and many more. However I am very interested in the KULIT which was engaged in the coastal trade of Singapore Malaya until the fall of Singapore.
My Father was the skipper of this vessel and evacuated personell of the Anglo Saxon petroleum Co. from Clifford wharf. The Kulit escaped to Sumatra and thence down to Batavia.
I would be very interested if any one out there has a photo of the Kulit and details of this escape.
